Swift Home Improvements Ltd (company number 03679915) was founded in 1998 by Liam Swift. What began as a small local unit gradually expanded, and we later moved into our current premises at 215 London Road, Stone, Greenhithe DA9 9DQ, where the office and workshop remain today. The business is now a fourteen-strong team: six in the office, two representatives, one surveyor, four in-house installers and one engineer, covering London, Kent, Surrey and the wider South East.
We help homeowners who want the job done properly, once. That means made-to-measure windows, composite and bi-fold doors, aluminium systems, conservatories, warm roofs, roof lanterns and skylights, supplied and fitted by our own employed team, not sub-contractors. Liam is still actively involved in the business every day.
Our customers tend to be people who have been quoted elsewhere and want a straight answer, a fixed price in writing, a real survey, and a firm install date. We keep the process simple: get back to you promptly, survey properly, quote in writing, and finish tidy.

One accountable team, start to finish
Your sales representative attends first to talk through options and pricing, our surveyor then measures and specifies the job, and our own in-house fitting team carries out the install. Same company, same accountability, no sub-contractors, no high-pressure sales, no follow-up chasing.

One 10-year Swift guarantee covering workmanship, frames, glass and hardware, with any manufacturer cover included inside those 10 years, plus an Insurance-Backed Guarantee. £5m Public Liability and £10m Employers' Liability cover. Staged payments: 30% on order, 60% before install, 10% on completion.
